With over 15 years of experience as a serious games facilitator, consultant, and coach, I help individuals and organizations develop their capacities and achieve their goals.

As an experiential learning enthusiast, I design and deliver interactive and engaging learning solutions that foster co-creation, collaboration, and feedback. I use a range of minds-on facilitation techniques, such as LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, Training from the BACK of the Room!, and #TheDebriefingCube, to create activating learning environments where participants can exchange ideas authentically, develop mutual understanding, and commit to change. I am excited to announce that my book on Agile Games Facilitation was published in Fall 2023. My mantra is "Rediscover Learning. Work Smarter."
