Vina Vidal Vicente

Vina Vidal Vicente is a learning experience designer, play-cilitator (yes, with “play” on purpose), entertrainer, and occasional blues belter who believes serious growth doesn’t have to feel so serious. As Co-founder and Chief Learning Officer of B&V People Business Co., she designs experiences where strategy meets story and structure meets spontaneity, helping teams navigate change without losing their humanity (or their sense of humor). Her career has zigzagged through media, government, advocacy, education, energy, and shared services, so she’s equally comfortable in boardrooms, classrooms, and circles on the floor with Post-its. An author (Make a Choice), Ateneo faculty member, and facilitator consultant to the Asian Development Bank, Vina’s whole thing is simple: use your voice, own your choices, and don’t forget to play along the way.
