Monica C. Cruz

Monica C. Cruz has been performing with SPIT Manila, Asia’s premier improvisational group, since 2006. She is a founding member of Third World Improv, the largest institution dedicated to the art and practice of improvisational theater in Southeast Asia. She has experience in both performance and Applied Improvisation in various key cities in the Philippines, and all around the world. Monica is also a trainer and partner at Fearless Inc., a consultancy firm that brings humanity and innovation to high-performing organizations. Outside all these, Monica is a mom to 2 humans and an orange cat.
