Colleagues value me as a rainmaker; a decisive, analytical and strategic thinker; a meticulous doer; and one who constantly challenges the status quo and pushes the envelope to deliver results and achieve better, innovative outcomes. 

As a leader, I set high standards for my teams, and demand no less from myself. I empower and coach my teams to bring their A game to their work, but also enjoy rolling up my sleeves to get things done together with them - no task is beneath me. They know that I always have their back as nothing fulfills me more than supporting them to flourish as the best versions of themselves.

As a coach, facilitator, consultant and adviser, my clients appreciate that I hold their trust in me delicately, care deeply about their success and well-being like my own, listen to them intently, challenge them appropriately, and pay attention to even the quietest voice in the room.

On the personal front, I am an agile lifelong learner, with an insatiable curiosity about the world, people, cultures and languages. I embrace an always beta mindset and practise disrupting myself before getting disrupted. I believe in always doing the right thing, even when no one is watching, no one knows or no one cares.
