Founded and operated businesses in both Japan and South Korea to promote innovation mindset and entrepreneurship education through card games, grounding theory in real market challenges such as cross-cultural communication, product validation, and building sustainable business models in international environments. Regularly runs bilingual workshops on entrepreneurship, innovation, and vibe coding, helping participants turn ideas into functional prototypes and actionable business concepts.

Previously, served as Director of Academic Development at Global University Systems (GUS), Europe’s largest higher education group. Designed global training programs in AI, Cybersecurity, and Data Science, and built strategic collaborations between industry partners and educational institutions worldwide.
