Conversations that shift things. Play that moves it.
I believe the best learning happens when people stop performing and start playing.
I've been working with organizations across 12 countries and 4 continents since 1998 — from small startups to multinational boardrooms — and the one thing that never changes? People learn fastest when they're slightly off-balance, laughing, and genuinely surprised by what just happened.
My motivation: creating the kind of conversations and experiences where something actually shifts. Not the polite nodding kind. The "wait, I never thought of it that way" kind.
By day (and sometimes by night), I design leadership development programs, coach executives, and run an ICF-accredited coaching academy. I'm convinced that organizations are living systems — not machines to be fixed — and that most leadership problems are actually conversation problems in disguise.
At #play14, I'm here to play, to share, to steal shamelessly good ideas — and maybe to prove that ontological coaching and serious games are natural allies.
Expect the unexpected. Possibly a Vespa metaphor. Definitely a good laugh.
