#play14 is more than just an event — it's a global community of coaches, facilitators, educators, consultants, researchers, makers, and artists. We gather for two and a half days of serious play to share, learn, and co-create using serious games and playful techniques.
We're cooking up something special this year — and yes, it involves a spark of science, a splash of surprise, and a whole lot of curiosity. 🚀🧬🔍

🚆 By Train
From Porto: Take a train from Porto's Campanhã Station towards Coimbra and alight at Curia Station. The journey takes approximately 1 hour.
From Lisbon: Take a train from Lisbon's Santa Apolónia or Oriente Station towards Porto and alight at Curia Station. The journey takes approximately 1.5 hours.
From Curia Station to the venue: The Hotel Termas Curia is within walking distance of the station (approximately 10–15 minutes on foot).
🚌 By Bus
Several bus companies operate routes to Anadia/Curia. Check local listings for schedules.
✈️ By Plane
From Porto Airport (Francisco Sá Carneiro): Take the metro to Campanhã Station, then a train towards Coimbra, alighting at Curia.
From Lisbon Airport (Humberto Delgado): Take the metro to Oriente Station, then a train towards Porto, alighting at Curia.
🚗 By Car
From Porto: Drive south on the A1 motorway and take the exit towards Anadia/Curia. Follow signs to Curia.
From Lisbon: Drive north on the A1 motorway and take the exit towards Anadia/Curia. Follow signs to Curia. Parking is available at the hotel.
