#play14 Manila

An International Unconference on Serious Games for Top Trainers, Leaders, Improvisers, Game Designers, Coaches, Facilitators, Educators, and anyone who wants to bring play into their lives.

It is a community-driven initiative focused on sharing knowledge and practices rather than selling services. Event fees are used to cover venue rental, food, and materials only. Any surplus after costs will be donated to our partner, Ayala Foundation.

Why should I attend #play14 Manila?

Attending #play14 Manila is a unique opportunity to learn, connect, and experience the power of play in one of the Philippines’ most iconic cultural spaces, the Ayala Museum.

Here’s why you should join us:

1. Learn Through Play

#play14 focuses on serious games and playful methods that unlock learning, creativity, and deeper conversations. You will experience how play can be used to explore complexity, shift mindsets, and spark insight for work and for life.

2. Hosted at the Iconic Ayala Museum

#play14 Manila will be held at the Ayala Museum, a space known for culture, storytelling, and reflection. Learning through play inside one of the country’s most respected museums adds depth, inspiration, and meaning to the experience.

3. Unconference Experience

Play14 is an unconference. Participants co-create the agenda, allowing sessions to emerge from what truly matters to the people in the room. This makes every conversation relevant, participative, and alive.

4. Diverse and Meaningful Connections

You will meet facilitators, coaches, educators, HR and L&D leaders, innovators, game designers, and play enthusiasts. Conversations are generous, open, and often unexpected.

5. Practical Tools You Can Use

You will leave with games, frameworks, and playful techniques that can be applied immediately, whether for workshops, team sessions, leadership conversations, classrooms, or community spaces.

6. A Space That Welcomes Curiosity

Play14 creates an inclusive environment where experimentation is encouraged. You can try ideas, ask questions, and learn without needing to be an expert.

7. Reignite Creativity

The combination of play, dialogue, and a beautiful learning environment helps you reconnect with creativity and see familiar challenges with fresh perspective.

8. Recharge and Reconnect

Step away from daily routines. Pause. Play. Reflect. Leave feeling energized, inspired, and connected to a growing community that believes learning can be joyful.

If you are curious about play, facilitation, learning, or simply want to experience something different, #play14 Manila is for you.
